8:35 am...............Load equipment and uniforms on to the trailer
9:00 am...............Practice on the practice field (no instruments)
10:20 am..............Buses arrive at RCHS, circle drive
10:30 am..............Depart for Robinson, IL
11:29 am..............Estimated arrival time at Robinson High School (Robinson, IL)
11:30 am..............Lunch provided by the Olney Music Boosters in Robinson
12:30 pm..............Change into uniforms and unpack equipment
1:00 pm................Mental warm-up
1:25 pm................Physical warm-up
1:40 pm................Move to music warm-up
1:50 pm................Music warm-up
2:05 pm................Move to the staging area/stadium gate
2:15 pm...................Perform in the stadium
2:30 pm...............Travel to the trailer to store uniforms and equipment
2:45 pm................Self-Reflection, and free time to watch bands, and visit concessions.
3:30 pm................Meet in the stands as a group
4:00 pm................Awards ceremony (head to trailer immediately after awards)
5:00 pm................Estimated departure time from Robinson High School
6:00 pm.................Estimated return time to RCHS
CLASS 2A: Casey-Westfield, Mt. Carmel, and Richland County
- Department shirts
- Department shorts or jazz pants
- Marching band or color guard shoes
- Black crew socks (tall black socks)
- Dinner money (concessions) or sack dinner
- Pants, comfortable shoes, and sweatshirt/jacket (optional)
- 1 quarter water cooler filled with water
