7:00 am..................Call-time for all Marching Tigers at RCHS
7:05 am..................Load equipment & change into uniforms (keep small instruments out)
7:40 am...............Buses arrive at RCHS, circle drive
7:50 am...............Depart for the City Park
8:30 am...................Perform at City Park: Olney Arts Fall Fun Festival
9:30 am...............Return to RCHS
9:31 am...............Practice on practice field (no instruments)
11:30 am..............Lunch provided by the Olney Music Boosters at RCHS
12:20 pm..............Buses arrive at RCHS, circle drive
12:30 pm..............Depart for EIU
1:45 pm................Estimated arrival time at EIU
2:00 pm................Change into uniforms and unpack equipment.
2:45 pm................Move to warmup area B
2:55 pm................Warmup on practice field
3:35 pm................Move to the staging area/stadium gate
3:49 pm................Arrive at staging area
3:54 pm....................Perform in the stadium
4:30 pm................Return to the trailers and buses to store equipment and uniforms
Once trailer loaded is closed..............Pizza and self-reflection (AAR)
6:00 pm................Return to the stadium
6:14 pm................PMB performs & awards ceremony in the stadium
7:00 pm................Travel back to the buses (estimated time sometime after the ceremony)
7:20 pm................Buses departs for Olney, IL
8:30 pm.................Estimated return time to RCHS
Ticket cost is $10 / adult and $5 for senior or student under age 14. Programs will be virtual this year so therefore FREE! Parking is free.
- Department shirts
- Department shorts or jazz pants
- Marching band or color guard shoes
- Black crew socks (tall black socks)
- Dinner money (concessions) or sack dinner
- Pants, comfortable shoes, and sweatshirt/jacket (optional)
- 2 quarter water bottle filled with water
