The Marching Tigers Perform at the Olney City Park & the Panther Marching Band Festival on September 25th, 2022 

​7:00 am..................Call-time for all Marching Tigers at RCHS
7:05 am..................Load equipment & change into uniforms (keep small instruments out)

7:40 am...............Buses arrive at RCHS, circle drive
7:50 am...............Depart for the City Park
8:30 am...................Perform at City Park: Olney Arts Fall Fun Festival
9:30 am...............Return to RCHS
9:31 am...............Practice on practice field (no instruments) 
10:45 am..............Lunch provided by the Olney Music Boosters at RCHS
11:20 am..............Buses arrive at RCHS, circle drive
11:30 am..............Depart for EIU
12:45 pm..............Estimated arrival time at EIU
1:01 pm................Change into uniforms and unpack equipment.
1:35 pm................Move to warmup area B
1:45 pm................Warmup on practice field
2:25 pm................Move to the staging area/stadium gate
2:40 pm................Arrive at staging area
2:45 pm....................Perform in the stadium
3:00 pm................Ensemble pictures next to the stadium
3:14 pm................Return to the stadium
3:15 pm................PMB performs & awards ceremony in the stadium
4:15 pm................Travel back to the buses with equipment
4:30 pm................Load instruments, equipment, & uniforms
5:00 pm................Bus #1 departs for Olney, IL
6:15 pm....................Estimated return time for Bus #1 to RCHS
8:45 pm................All remaining students meet at bus #2
9:00 pm................Bus #2 departs for Olney, IL
10:30 pm.................Estimated return time for Bus #2 to RCHS

Ticket cost is $10 / adult and $5 for senior or student under age 14.  Programs will be virtual this year so therefore FREE! ​
