Jasper County Fall Festival Parade in Newton, IL the morning Saturday, September 11th

Our first away performance is nearly upon us! The Marching Tigers perform at the Jasper County Fall Festival Parade in Newton, IL the morning Saturday, September 11th.

Students, please make sure to bring the following items:

• Mask
• Department shirt
• Department shorts
• Black crew socks
• Marching band uniform
• Drillmasters
• Light jacket/sweatshirt (optional)
• Sun screen
• 1 quart water cooler

The schedule for the day is as follows:
8:00 am..................Call-time at RCHS in department shirt, shorts, black socks, and marching band shoes

8:05 am..................Load instruments & equipment on the trailer
8:20 am..................Buses arrive
8:30 am..................Depart for Newton, IL (201 Westend Ave, Newton, IL)
9:00 am..................Estimated arrival at Newton High School & unload
10:00 am................The Jasper County Fall Festival Parade begins
10:45 am................Estimated end of parade (E. Washington St. & N. 3rd Ave.)
11:00 am................Restroom break, lunch, & load instruments.
12:15 pm................Depart for Olney (Mr. Jones, & Drum Major & Color Guard section leader stays for awards)
12:45 pm................Estimated arrival for the buses at RCHS
1:30 pm..................Estimated arrival of the van
