NOTE: Instruments need to be packed on the trailer the Friday before during class.
7:00 am..................Call-time for all Marching Tigers at RCHS
7:05 am..................Load equipment & change into uniforms (keep small instruments out)
7:45 am...............Visual block on the practice field
7:40 am...............Buses arrive at RCHS, exit 21
7:50 am...............Depart for the City Park
8:30 am...................Perform at City Park: Olney Arts Fall Fun Festival
9:30 am...............Return to RCHS
9:30 am...............Practice on practice field (no instruments) & restroom break
10:15 am.............Depart for Newton, IL
10:55 am.............Arrive at Newton High School
11:00 am.............Unload instruments, & equipment
11:30 am.............Lunch provided by the Olney Music Boosters & change
12:30 pm.............Mental warm-up at trailer in full uniform
1:10 pm...............Move to musical warm-up
1:15 pm...............Musical warm-up
1:30 pm...............Leave for physical warm-up
1:35 pm...............Physical warm-up
1:50 pm...............Move to staging area
2:00 pm...................Perform at the Newton Marching Eagles Classic (Class 4A)
