DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS Students, parents/guardians, and friends may pay any student band fee using a debit card or credit card. Band financial obligations (class fee, festival participation fee, reeds, valve oil, etc.) are posted on CutTime for easy, 24-hour access.
Each RCHS Bands student has an account on CutTime. Parents/guardians may create an account and link their new CutTime account with their child's CutTime account; however, this is not a requirement. Unfortunately, CutTime does not yet have the ability to sync with RevTrak, the payment portal that RCCU1 utilizes.
After determining how much money is owed, parents, guardians, or even friends of the family may go to TrevTrak to pay the financial obligation using a debit card or credit card. RevTrak (https://ercu1.revtrak.net/) is an online payment portal that is utilized by the Richland County Community School District. Please note that there is a 4.45% Software Admin Fee applied by RevTrak for each transaction.
FILLING OUT REVTRAK: When filling out RevTrak, select the following:
Payments through RevTrak will take a few days to a couple of weeks before the payment is updated on CutTime. This is because the payment processes through RevTrak, then the disctict office, followed by the high school office, before RCHS Bands receives notice of payment. Should a payment not show on CutTime within two weeks, please contact Mr. Jones at (618) 393-2191 ext. 3153, via the RCCU1 App, or by emailing [email protected].
CHECKS & CASH: Don't want to use a debit or credit card? Not a problem! Parents, guardians, and friends of the family do not have to pay band financial obligations by credit card or debit card. We also accept checks. Please make checks out to RCHS BANDS, and instruct your child to drop the check off in the band drop box outside of the music office (room 153A).
While RCHS Bands does accept cash, we would prefer checks or payment via debit/credit card. Should an individual still wish to pay in cash, please place the cash into Manila envelope, which may be found next to the band dropbox, seal the envelope, write the student's name on the folder, and write the purpose of the payment. Once these steps are complete, please drop the envelope into the band dropbox. The band dropbox is checked weekly.

- MARCHING BAND ICON - This payment system may be used by any RCHS Bands member, not just those enrolled in the RCHS Marching Tigers. This includes the Symphonic Band, the Honors Wind Ensemble, and the Jazz Band.
- This will take you to the RCHS MUSIC DEPT PAYMENTS AND DONATIONS page. Fill out the form, including the STUDENT NAME (LAST, FIRST) OR MUSIC DEPT. DONATION. This tells us where the money should be applied and for what reason. Once done, click the ADD TO CART button.
- You will then see your cart with your sub total. Click the CHECKOUT button.
- To complete the billing process, enter your debit or credit card information into the payment method, click the "I'm not a robot" box, and submit!
