TUESDAY (9/9): Rehearse the memorized warm-ups, the Star-Spangled Banner, On Wisconsin, time-out tunes, Los Dos Bandidos, Wanted Dead or Alive, & Silverado. The primary focus musically is on Silverado and the time-out tunes. Clean sets 1-26. <OBJECTIVE NEAR MET>

Drumline is with Mr. Vaal from 7:00-7:59 a.m. on Tuesday. Colorguard is with Carly Zuber at 8 a.m. If you have musician earplugs, I recommend wearing them for this rehearsal. No music and tuners outside, please (except for Alex and Hadley). Colorguard need not report until 8 a.m.

- 8:00-8:04...............................Colorguard joins the band. Parade Block B to Los Dos Bandido to the practice field. No tuners or music. Except drumline, everyone else may elect to leave their instruments in the bandroom before we leave for the practice field.
- 8:05-9:04................................Learn sets 28A-31A (no instruments)
- 9:05-9:09.................................March in Parade Block B back to the school

- HOMECOMING: Interested in decorating the music department door for homecoming? Let me know! Decorations start September 16th.
- UNIFORMS: If you had an issue with your uniform, message Mrs. Deimel via the RCCU1 app, or email her at [email protected]. Please CC me on that email. Don't wait until the last minute! Make sure to message her on Monday at the latest.
- ILMEA LESSONS: Those of you auditioning for an ILMEA ensemble (jazz band, concert band, or orchestra), please select a 30 minute time once a week for a lesson. Those that did not have a lesson last week will need two lessons this week. Log into your RCCU1 account on your browser, and then click HERE.
- THURSDAY OTE: No jazz band today, folks. You are welcome to check in before going to another OTE/club. I am away for a doctor's appointment during OTE.

- PLAYING TEST #2: Each student must record themselves performing Wanted Dead or Alive from memory. Upload the video onto Google Drive, and share the file on Schoology. See your leadership should you need help.

- 2024 MATTRESS FUNDRAISER: The mattress fundraiser informational meeting is on Tuesday, October 1 at 6 p.m. in the RCPAC. The fundraiser is in the auxiliary gym on Saturday, October 19th from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Click HERE for more details. This fundraiser is essential to help offset costs for the marching band, and for the winter guard.
- RCHS MARCHING TIGERS DRUMLINE FUNDRAISER: Friday, September 20th from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the RCHS circle drive. There will be a bake sale and t-shirt orders taken that night as well.
- Just a reminder that doors are unlocked at the following times for weekday rehearsals:
- Band Room glass doors = 6:45 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Main Entrance (student parking) = 6:50 a.m. until 6:58 a.m.

- Boys volleyball permission slips are due tomorrow. You can turn them into Room 122 during OTA and OTE. You must turn in a permission slip to play.
- We have an attendance update to give you all today. Remember, this Friday is mid-term - We are nearly halfway through the 1st term already. Your class has to meet or beat 95% in order to earn your one hour lunch at the end of the term.

- Tiger pats on the back go to our Tiger Golf squad as they took 1st place at Lawrenceville yesterday. Reese Glover was on fire as he took honors with a score of 34. Ayden Nealis claimed 2nd place with a score of 39, Carsyn Ameter grabbed 5th place with a round of 43, and Carter Blank finished in 8th place with a score of 47.
- Our Lady Tiger golfers were also in action yesterday. Emma Hefferman grabbed 6th place overall with a score of 51, Katelyn Bookhout and Savannah Ferguson tied for 8th place with scores of 56, and Addalyn Runyon took 10th place with a 61.
