I would like to say that everyone that auditioned impressed me immensely! Each and every one of you proved that you embodied the spirit of the Richland County School District. With that, I hope you all walk away from tryouts with a sense of pride! Without further adieu, here are those that made the first rounds of the 2019 Marching Tigers Color Guard:
The 2019 Color Guard is selling frozen pizzas from Montical's Pizza starting April 1st, 2019. Proceeds go towards go to the Guard to purchase supplies for the upcoming season. Order forms are due April 15th. See Ms. Edwards for more details.
Ms. Edwards & Mr. Jones host a 2019 RCHS Color Guard clinic & tryout at Richland County High School on Wednesday, March 27th from 6-8 PM. No guard experience needed!
What is the Color Guard? The Color Guard is a performing section of the marching band that incorporates dance, movement, and flag work to contribute to the overall show. If you are considering joining a high school organization, would like to meet other wonderful students like yourselves, and have a ton of fun, then Color Guard is your group!
Come check out our camp on Wednesday at Richland County High School in the band room (room 137) next to exit 21.
