9:00 am...............Practice on the practice field (no instruments)
10:20 am..............Buses arrive at RCHS, circle drive
10:30 am..............Depart for Robinson, IL
11:29 am..............Estimated arrival time at Robinson High School (Robinson, IL)
11:30 am..............Lunch provided by the Olney Music Boosters in Robinson
12:15 pm..............Change into uniforms and unpack equipment
1:10 pm................Physical warm-up
1:25 pm................Move to music warm-up
1:35 pm................Music warm-up
1:50 pm................Move to the staging area/stadium gate
2:00 pm..................Perform in the stadium
2:45 pm................Travel to the trailer to store uniforms and equipment
3:15 pm................Free time to watch the other bands and visit concessions!
5:00 pm................Meet in the stands as a group
5:30 pm................Awards ceremony (head to trailer immediately after awards)
