The Marching Tigers compete in the Panther Marching Band Festival at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL on Saturday, October 5th, 2019.

9:00 am................Call-time for all Marching Tigers (revised 10/4 from 8:30)
9:15 am................Practice (with instruments & water) in the stadium. Drop empty cases off at the large trailer on the way to the stadium.
10:45 am..............Load instruments & equipment
11:00 am..............Lunch provided by the Olney Music Boosters at RCHS
11:25 am..............Buses arrive at RCHS, exit 21
11:35 am..............Load buses
11:45 am..............Depart for EIU
1:00 pm................Estimated arrival time at
1:00 pm................Change into uniforms and unpack equipment. Mental warmups, time providing.
2:00 pm................Mental warmup
2:20 pm................Move to warmup area
2:30 pm................Warmup on practice field
3:10 pm................Move to the staging area/stadium gate
3:20 pm................Arrive at staging area
3:30 pm....................Perform in the stadium
3:45 pm................Ensemble pictures next to the stadium
4:00 pm................Awards ceremony in the stadium

Adults $10.00; Students and Senior Citizens $5,00. Children 5 and under are free. Festival Programs will be available for $5.00. Cash and check only.
